HTP® Scales in MLOK

Just got a set of these delivered, great rail covers so far. Seem to be really high quality, snug fit to the rail, and great grip. Color matches Magpul OD green perfectly.

For weeks before purchasing my railscales, I kept seeing them on social media gun posts. I thought they were some of the best looking rail covers in the game! I had already purchased some BCM snap on covers and used those a few times. They kept popping off and wouldn't stay on. So I started searching for a the holy grail of rail covers. I had only started searching Instagram for a few minutes until I found a post that tagged the name "#railscales" and my search was over. I immediately went to the website and purchased the dragon pattern in FDE! Waiting for them to come in the mail felt longer than waiting for your drivers license when you were 15 1/2. When I opened the package, it was noticeable that these bad boys looked better in person! I put them on my AR noticed that they color matched my Magpul parts too! They sat flush on my handguard and felt more snug than double knotted shoes. The dragon pattern is unidirection, so the first direction I trialed didn't feel comfortable for my hands. So I rotated them 180 degrees and the grip felt better in my hand. They look great, they feel great, and they function great! This review was not written to discourage you from purchase, it's written to inspire you to feel confident in your decision to buy!

Put 3 HTP panels on my 12.5 SOLGW build and did a 1k round function test... by the last few mags I had to put a glove on but I was very impressed with their performance

This is my first time trying these out, and so far I love them. Feel very solid even off the rifle, and feel like a high quality plastic. They are very solid on the rifle. I went with the minidot pattern; it looks great, grips really well, and isn't too aggressive. They are very low profile, and have tapered edges. I hardly notice any additional width to my handguard If anyone is wondering, their OD Green is perfect for using with Magpul furniture. These will definitly be my go-to covers on future builds.

These things are SICK ! If you need good grip and sexy looks this is your product !

The world of AR custom accessories is enormous. It runs from silly overpriced gadgets to thoughtful and precise design. Railscales falls into the latter category. Purchased a 3 pack “ Dragon Scales” in black to augment the “Karve” handstop for a slim MLOK FDE handguard. The polymer scales are so well made they look as if they should be twice the price. Forget every other plastic rail cover option. They’re distant second place. These fit and function as great as they look. Going to get the G-10 in in Sniper Grey for my PWS .308. This company rocks.

I bought a set of 4 for one of my AR’s last week andI put them on and just love the feel and the low profile they have. I just now purchased another set for one more riffle and plan on adding them to others I own. Supper fast shipping and easy installation good god I love these things.

I have a few panels of their G10 stuff, and I didn't think these would be quite as high quality. While they don't have quite the feel of G10, these are a great, and cost saving alternative. I will be grabbing more for all of my rifles.
