Product Warranty
RailScales LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty on all the products that we manufacture. We take pride in making our products from the highest quality material we can to ensure a lifetime of use. All of our products have always and will always be made in America with American materials. If something breaks that isn't covered under warranty we will always work with you to get a replacement in your hands at little to no cost.
Hardware Warranty & Replacement
We offer a lifetime warranty on our hardware which includes replacement hardware on all of our manufactured products. If you need replacement nuts or screws, or mounting hardware email sales@railscales.us.
All orders with a 5 or less digit order number were sold with legacy hex fasteners, and is what will be sent out as a warranty replacement free of charge.
All orders with a 6 digit order number were sold with newer Torx T20 fasteners, and is what will be sent out as a warranty replacement free of charge.
What's Not Covered
Scales broken on ends or in half, split, burnt from an exposed flame, damage from drilling out hardware, or over torquing/stripping of hardware.
Replacements
Depending on the situation some warrantable items may need to be sent in to swap for a replacement.
