Karve®

A little on the pricey side, but man! It's sturdy, super light and feels and looks so good. It doesn't add any bulk or weight to your rig. It's also very versatile and can be used as a stop against a wall or standing objects to make those critical shots. I recommend the Karve to anyone.

I ordered a bronze Karve, along with 2 XOS, and 1 XOS-H scales for my Sig Sauer Canebrake. I dropped a review of the scales on the XOS-H page, for more on the scales. As for the Karve, it's my personal favorite handstop that I've used. Previously that title belonged to the B5 handstop (I've got a shorty one on my Scar 17). The Karve beats it imo, due to it's overall lower profile, minimal single slot mounting, ability to integrate seamlessly into the XOS-H system or inline with other Railscales, comes with hardware for both mlok & keymod, it's reversible (adding to it's versatility), and of course imo very superior in aesthetic design as well. I have mine installed inverted, about 3/4 forward on the 6 o'clock rail. This makes for a forward handstop on my short weapon, while also providing a positive contact point that I can wrap a finger/portion of my hand on and get a snug tension against my shoulder. This configuration also allows me to use the forward stop as something to push against, while firing with my brace folded, providing positive tension on my sling, thus stability! Furthermore it provides a forward stop to push into barriers. Lastly: the setup just looks and performs badass! If you're hesitant, like I was, just do it! You wont regret it. I dont usually go out of my way to write reviews. I did for my Railscale products simply because I know I was unsure before ordering, and all doubts were blown away. Cant wait to order more Railscale products for my collection!

I got my Karve in last week and just got back from my first trip to the range with it today. Let me first say the quality and craftsmanship of the product is above all my expectations !! It is well built and performs at a very high level. I was able to run a variety of drills and at every level this is a quality product. The customer service that I have received has also been perfect. I can’t recommend Railscales and their products highly enough !!

Design is superb looks like it came on my bcm upper. This thing is also seriously tough, you can use it hard for years without any worries. You get what you pay for.

I have been building a new AR for a few months and I thought the build was complete and it worked really well, but something just seemed like it was missing. I tried several forward grips , stops and it just didn't feel or look right. I saw the Karve and I wasn't sure if it was really worth the money but I had to know. I got it a few weeks ago and I'm completely blown away. It's actually 6061 aluminum everything else out there is polymer. It's just as light but far stronger, just looks sick on any rifle I own and I can put it on anything I own being it's easy to change from keymod or mlok. Fits flush and is of insane quality. The price is actually a bargain for what you get. Awesome job guys. Only regret I have is I can't post a picture of the finished build on here. Will definitely buy more in different colors in the future.

I purchased a karve and a couple of G10 panels to mitigate some heat and provide a positive indexing point. The products that Rail Scales design and sell have given my hand an exceedingly comfortable experience while grabbing the front of my AR. I'd highly recommend anyone to purchase this "expensive piece of plastic". These are the only option for someone looking for the best of the best in grip and heat mitigation for section of their rail.
