Product Overview

LDAG® - Our 1913 Picatinny rail vertical foregrip with the lowest mounting footprint and lighter weight than most poly forend grips on the market. The ultra low mounting system doesn't over hang the rail like most Picatinny accessories, eliminating pinch points. Originally designed for a foreign defense contract, we never intended to release the LDAG®  to the public. After the few of these Picatinny forend grips that were sold domestically started popping up in pictures on social media, we started receiving numerous inquiries to purchase. We will be making limited runs of our lightweight, durable LDAG® forward grip on the tail end of our contract production from time to time. Includes Operator Manual.

Firstly, the product is superbly designed. Great quality and works as intended. Secondly, the customer service is excellent. There was a blem on my order and RailScales reached out to me before the item shipped and made it right. Shipping was extremely fast and their overall customer service was beyond outstanding.

    Well Worth the Investment

Some people might think that a three-figure price tag is a bit much for such a simple accessory, and while in many cases that may be true the LDAG really does stand out. If you're like me and you find the ergonomics of a short handguard slightly awkward without some kind of forward grip/hand stop, then this is WILL offer you a tangible increase in ease of handling. It's built like a tank, doesn't weigh down your entire front end, big enough to wrap your hand around completely, and yet still unobtrusive enough to let you get a C-clamp grip in front of it if that's more your style. It works just as well when mounted either way, and not to mention, it just looks damn cool.

This fore-grip is solid. At first I thought it was pricey, and when I received it I knew why. Quality product. Would refer.

Really unique grip for us old souls still using Pic. Ergos are amazing for such a small profile. Can't recommend this enough!

I took delivery of my Anchor and LDAG yesterday. I'm thrilled with the products! For years I've been searching for a short VFG that can be used as a grip/hand wedge/barricade stop and Rail Scales hit it out of the park! I can't even remember how many different brands and styles I have tried. Most are too long but the Anchor and LDAG are perfect. Funny enough the LDAG is the same height as the Gear Sector VFG which has been my go-to for a while now. It's size and material are perfect, but it's round shape makes it less than ideal for use with a barricade, cover, wall, etc. The VTAC was on the right track with the flat front, but it was too long and I don't need/want storage of batteries. I want something that will work when slammed into a concrete wall or vehicle fender. The design y'all have is exactly what I would have made if I had the resources. The only change I'd suggest is offering them in different colors as you do with your scales. Spray paint tends to disappear quickly on parts used as these will be. Thanks and keep up the great work!
