QDX^® MLOK Sling Mount - Our versatile take on the standard QD sling mount. Made out of 7075-T6 Aluminum with a Type 03 Hardcoat Anodizing, and weighing in at a scant 0.3oz to help minimize overall weight. By rotating the mount to allow for parallel QD insertion, we effectively reduced the QD socket footprint (with sling attached) by 16% and the sling eyelet “height” off the rail by 37%. Additionally, the QDX^® allows for use with most HK-style hook attachments to provide our end users with a variety of options, and the flat forward side of the mount can even be used to brace against vertical barriers to provide a more stable shooting position. Taking up only 1 MLOK slot, the QDX^® is also designed to fit perfectly inside the accessory cutout on our XOS-H^®, making it one of the most multi-purpose accessories available.

My favorite rifle is a short barrel, flat dark earth 300 blackout. It’s tricked out with the best gadgets; including rail scales and the epic Karve® Bi-Directional Stop! Why do anything halfway? I love everything about this build, but there was something not quite right. The quick-disconnect sling mount had a large profile and stuck way-out from the rail. I was excited to learn about the QDX™ Sling Mount having loved other Rail Scale products. I ordered it and attached it to my rifle. The mount has a much lower profile and looks great! Aesthetics are nice, but the mount is functional too! The mount helps keep the sling from hanging up and it can also be used as a barrier anchor while shooting. The QDX™ Sling Mount truly is the cherry on top (or in my case the side) of an already great rifle!

This is by far the best sling mount for any system, I have found for my personal use on a bolt gun, it helps when using the sling and tripod set up to really help tame the shift from recoil. Definitely a must have!

Rail Scales knocks it out of the park again with their mount. This is the most simple out off the way QD mount ever. Like always if you put a Rail Scales product on one of your rifles you wind up putting it on all of them.

I have no idea how nobody ever thought of this before, but Railscales did an amazing job breaking the mold for sling mounts. I have 3 of them and can't recommend it highly enough!
