Anchor®

The Anchor is extremely well made. Lighter than you'd think, and mates perfectly into M-LOK slots. The small footprint of the Anchor means it will get all the way forward where it gives the best ergonomics on your hand guard, rather than taking an M-LOK slot-and-a-half like other hand stops. I have larger hands, and the Anchor makes it very easy to get a full c-clamp grip on my rifle without fingers hanging over, even with gloves on. Speaking of gloves, I would recommend gloves when getting used to the Anchor, as a few spots can have a slight bite to them which would possibly irritate bare skin. This is perhaps one of the few downsides to this device. One last note, if you are one of the people who put emphasis on color matching on your rifle, the Anchor in Terra-Bronze is extremely close to Geissele DDC.

Obviously more than I wanted to spend but so worth it. Solid.

Works amazing and looks fantastic

I bought a set of XOS Rail Scales and a Karve a while back, mainly because I wasn't sure which one I'd like. Well, seeing as I've been working a little overtime, I channeled that girl from a taco shell advert and thought "why not both?". Fit, finish and quality is what I expected from Railscales and the Anchor delivered. While I like the aesthetic of the Karve a little more (I like a minimalist look) the Anchor feels great and I can get a much more comfortable grip. Speaking of aesthetics, the Anchor fits perfectly in the cut out section of the XOS. I've become quite a connoisseur and own five other type of grips/handstops (Strike Industries one doesn't count, that's before I knew better) and Railscales are the best of the bunch. Amazing products, and great customer service. Highly recommend. The Anchor fits in your hand perfectly. The control is amazing working as a mix between a vertical and angled grip. If you have looked at all the options 100 times, like I did, look not further. This is it. It's sexy AF too.

I ordered 2 ANCHOR "hand stops". one in black and the other in (gold "Terra Bronze"). the black is as you would expect in appearance. I was very excited by color of black. the "terra bronze" is more silver. I understand that "FDE" or colors like that can be very different form brand to brand, or different from batch to batch of the same brand. I was expecting the unexpected. but when I opened the "terra bronze" package I thought they sent me silver. I had to look at receipt that came in the packing to make sure I did not order the wrong thing. I was able to pick up on some gold color with a handheld OKW flashlight. up until that point I was convinced it was silver. if the Anchor is in stock and you are trying to decide between black and terra, get black. If you are trying to decided between silver and terra you don't have as much to worry about. as far as strength or longevity I don't know. just got them a few days before Christmas 2020. they Both look strong and if you want something like this for function, then do not fear about spending the money. if you are getting it for looks, black is black, you can be sure of that. if you think you can buy "Terra" and it have even 10% of that gold look to it that you expect on a from the picture you might be disappointed. I could not give anything less than 5 stars

Best foregrip I’ve used. Mounting system is genius and every bit of it screams quality. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

My second favorite VFG. My favorite is the RailScales RSB. I got the Anchor first and really loved it. I like the RSB more because it's just a bit more comfortable and with big hands it just fits my hand perfectly and is super comfortable. The Anchor is a close second and I will still be using it on another system. I could see other people with different size hands or different grips liking this more than the RSB. Just depends. Both are amazing and better than anything else I have tried.
